Brandon Ip is a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Health Coach & NLP Practitioner. He has been involved with competitive sports & fitness for over 17 years and is currently playing for Lucky Mile in the Second Division of the Hong Kong Football Association.
Brandon believes "the secret to living is giving" and is passionate about sharing what he has learned over the years with a client-oriented & beginner-friendly approach.
Brandon understands not everyone prefers the environment of commercial gyms or has the time to travel there & back. He, therefore, delivers professional personal training service to his clients' doorsteps.
